Customer impact: Acoustic campaign services on Pod 7 were impacted from 06:48 am UTC to 08:41 UTC. All Pod 7 mailings, SMS and Push messages that were sending during the incident were paused and resumed. Scheduled messages were delayed. Data jobs and recipient activity tabulation, such a clicks and opens, were also delayed.
