On 18 September, a subset of sending pods (6, 7 & 8) experienced a DKIM signing issue that affected outbound email authentication for some customer domains. As a result, some emails sent during the affected window may have failed authentication checks and been routed to recipients' Junk or Spam folders instead of the inbox.
Impact Customers sending from affected pods may have experienced reduced inbox placement for a portion of their sends during the incident window.
Resolution Our team identified and corrected the signing configuration issue approximately one hour ago. Validation testing has confirmed that email authentication is now functioning as expected across the affected pods.
Next Steps We recommend monitoring recent sends to confirm normal inbox delivery. If you continue to experience delivery issues, please contact Acoustic Support.
We apologize for any disruption this may have caused.
